Always Moving Forward
Always Moving Forward
Thank you for choosing to begin the 7-Day Fear-to-Choice Practice. This guide was created to help you recognize when fear, an old story, or a limiting belief begins influencing your response. Over the next seven practices, you will move through Notice, Pause, Question, Reframe, Choose, Act, and Return, creating space between the automatic reaction of the egoic mind and the intentional response of your soulful self. You do not need to complete the practice perfectly or rush through all seven days. Give yourself permission to spend time with the questions that matter most to you. Fear is information. It does not get to lead.
When you reach the end of the practice, notice what fear kept circling back to. If you saw yourself saying yes when you meant no, keeping the peace at your own expense, overexplaining, or letting someone else’s reaction decide what you do, boundaries may be the next place to look.
Awareness helps you see the pattern. A boundary is one way you choose what happens next. If that is where your work is leading, the Guide to Setting Personal Boundaries is there when you’re ready. You do not have to decide anything today. Just pay attention to what the seven days showed you.
