Always Moving Forward
Always Moving Forward

You may understand the old pattern and still find yourself living it. Saying yes when you mean no. Questioning your own wisdom. Letting fear make the next decision.
I help women overcome fear and limiting beliefs through soul coaching, creative reflection, and practical choices that bring awareness into everyday life. Together, we make room for you to pause, hear your own wisdom, and respond from love.
A focused session can help you explore one question. A series gives you space to practice, reflect, and return to what matters. You don’t need to know which option fits before reaching out.
For a specific decision, recurring pattern, or moment when you feel stuck and want a clearer next step.
You may already recognize the fear pattern, old story, people-pleasing habit, boundary struggle, or recurring reaction that keeps showing up. The challenge is creating enough space in the moment to choose differently. Fear-to-Choice Coaching gives you structured, personal support to turn awareness into practice.
Together, we notice what fear is doing, separate facts from the old story, reframe what no longer serves you, and identify realistic actions that reflect your truth, boundaries, and soulful self. This is reflective, action-oriented coaching, not therapy or trauma treatment.
“She can equip you with so many tools to prevent a backwards slide as well, and that is invaluable!”
Karen R., MN

Creativity helps us reconnect with the soulful self. A journal page, a color, or an image can make room for something you haven’t yet found words for.
Through guided creative activities and reflection, we explore what you notice and what it means to you. You don’t need artistic experience or a finished piece to share. The value is in listening to yourself as you create.
These are coaching and personal reflection experiences. They are not art therapy or mental health treatment.
A focused creative reflection experience for a question, transition, or next step.
Ongoing space to reconnect with creativity and explore what your soulful self is asking you to notice.
“By diligent questions and patient listening, she helps me devise a set of goals to set me on the course I long to travel: creative expression.”
Denise S., GA | Feedback from our work through The Artist’s Way

Bring a grounded conversation about fear, awareness, boundaries, and authentic living to your organization, women’s group, or event. I draw on my own journey and the Soul Solutions® approach to help participants connect reflection with the choices they make each day.
Travel and accommodations are additional for in-person engagements. Your proposal will confirm the scope and total investment.
You can expect compassionate listening, honest questions, and practical support. I bring my experience as a Soul Coach and survivor, but your inner wisdom stays at the center of our work.
We begin with awareness, explore the story underneath a reaction, and choose a realistic action you can practice. You set the pace for what you share. Taking responsibility for your response never means taking blame for what happened to you.
Coaching supports personal growth and everyday choices. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and is not a substitute for therapy or medical care.
